What areas does the Roving Refillery cover?

We cover most major areas in Klang Valley, including but not limited to Klang, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, etc. Just drop us a message on WhatsApp to check if our Roving Refillery can visit your area.

How much is the delivery fee?

Please fill up our order sheet or drop us a message on WhatsApp and we'll revert with an accurate delivery fee.

RM6.00 - Teluk Pulai, Taman Melawis, Taman Gembira, Taman Chi Liung, Seksyen 7

RM8.00 - Bukit Tinggi, Bandar Botanic, Bukit Jelutong, Subang, Sunway, Damansara, Ara Damansara

RM10.00 - Kota Damansara, TTDI, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas, Kota Kemuning

RM12.00 - Puchong, Sri Petaling, Bukit Jalil, Cheras, 

RM14.00 - Sungai Buloh, Kepong, Sri Kembangan, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya

Is there a minimum purchase for the Roving Refillery to visit my location?

Yes, there is a minimum purchase of RM30.00 for the Roving Refillery to visit your location. This is to ensure that we efficiently manage the carbon footprint we produce.

When is the Roving Refillery available?

Our Roving Refillery will be available every Monday to Saturday (may exclude public holidays). An appointment is needed to be scheduled in advance.

Can I use my own bottles and containers to refill my orders with the Roving Refillery?

Yes, you will need to prepare your own bottles and containers to refill your supplies with our Roving Refillery.

​

I don’t have reusable bottles with me. Can I still shop with the Roving Refillery?

Yes, you can. Just select “I need my order to be prepacked.” on the packaging section of the order sheet and we’ll prepack your orders in reused bottles and containers for you.

​

Is upfront payment necessary to confirm my order?

Yes, upfront payment is needed to confirm your order to avoid cancellations and no-shows.
